After you place your order, your cart will be empty and a confirmation email will be sent to you. In this email you recieve a link so you can track your parcels.

At check out you have the option to put a different shipping address to your billing address. As we aim to send out your order as soon as possible, we may not be able to change your shipping address if the parcel is already on its way. If you need to change your shipping address please reach out to our admin team at admin@ziggi.au as soon as you can.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping internationally does incur a higher shipping rate, this rate will be calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying all overseas taxes or charges/ fees incurred.

We aim to send your items to you within 1-7 business days of receiving cleared funds. If you purchase goods over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will receive your payment on the next business day and will ship within 1-7 business days after that.

Our standard shipping via Australia Post is offered on all items, and delivery is between 5-14 days. If you are located outside of a metropolitan area (e.g., Rural or outer suburban areas), please allow an additional two business days for delivery times.
